A man that has been brought up in the outdoors, learning and appreciating nature in a range of unique natural environments, including his most loved, Canadian Arctic. John’s affection for the Arctic is unmatched.
For the past 13 years John has lead a diverse range of expeditions and adventures by land, air and sea throughout this spectacular and sometimes very challenging region. John is Baffin Safari’s leader, and also the leader on every step of our small group or custom expeditions throughout Baffin Island.
One of the world's most experienced Hot Air Balloon Pilots, John has been flying Balloons for more than 26 years in over 30 countries world wide. He was the first Balloon Pilot to fly Hot Air Balloons in the Arctic region and has done over 150 flights in the Nunavik and Nunavut regions.
